”I loved my stay. It was reasonably priced compared to any other hotel. I was going into my stay with low hopes of a compfy, clean, and cool stay, but I was very surprised. The air conditioning worked very well. The shower was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. This is my top choice everytime I visit NYC. ”

”We had a good 2 night stay in one of the 2 bed suites with American & Canadian falls views. The view was fabulous. The layout wasn’t ideal - you accessed the suite into one of the bedrooms so you had to walk through this bedroom to get to the bathroom and the other bedroom. The sitting area was in the bedroom with the view. We also only received partial room service during our visit which was unusual. ( the beds were not made up) ”

”Visit and stay in this hotel 2-3 a year because it is convenient and clean. The downfall during this staff was on two different occasions there were people sleeping in the lobby. Also, on three occasions I asked for a well toasted bagel and finally decided to go somewhere else since they couldn't get it right in the Market Place”

”This place was amazing. Best falls views with the Juliet balconies. We slept at night to the sound of the falls with the door open. So amazing. The staff were overly friendly and accommodating. When you came down to the lobby, it felt like you walked into a beautiful mall. It was located right smack in the middle of everything you could possibly need outside.”

”The Public was an amazing experience! The only reason a put a 4 star instead of 5, is because there is a $105 mandatory charge before you can check in. It gives you access to the roof and wifi, but $100 is too much to charge! Other than that, the room was fantastic, every employee we interacted with was amazing. ”

”Huone oli rauhallinen eikä liikenteen melukaan kuulunut häiritsevästi 13 kerrokseen. Respassa ei ollut vessaa mikä oli vähän kummallista. Huone oli siisti ja puhdas. Suihkusta ei tullut kunnolla vettä vaikka käsienpesualtaasta tuli hyvin vettä. Pyydettiin asiaan korjausta mutta huoltomies sanoi sen koskevan koko hotellia, en usko. Aamupalaa olisi ollut tarjolla maksusta mutta emme käyttäneet mahista, vaan käytiin läheisessä Dinerissä.”

”The room was nice and comfortable, especially the bed. The carpet had some dustier parts by the walls, which wasn't too nice to notice.
