”I was only there for one night so I cannot comment too much about the facilities or the pool etc. But both of the people at the front desk were very helpful. The gentleman who was there in the evening when I checked in got me up to speed with the Choice Privileges Rewards Program. ”Wonderful hotel, check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful . The hot tub and pool were big, family friendly.
The beds were quite comfortable. The only drawback was no ventilation in the bathroom.”

”Have a pancake machine for breakfast.
Pool was out of service which we were told upon arrival.
The pool itself was much smaller than in picture.
Great location to tour around St. John’s however the traffic during the week makes it impossible to turn left out the building.
Staff was friendly and helpful but wish I got more than points for no pool. But because I booked with Expedia they couldn’t refund me any money.”

”The room we had, had an extremely small bathroom! Sooo small! And the toilet felt like it was going to come off the floor any minute. The sink took forever for water to go down the drain. My son brushed his teeth and the it took about 45 mins for the water to completely drain from the sink.”
