”The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. A complimentary breakfast was provided each day, which was a wonderful convenience. The staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.”

”My stay was nice. The room was cool, the beds and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionist was efficient and kind getting me checked in. Buuuut…. The pool looked like a swamp. There was an oily film over the water and the color of the way looked like a few dozen homeless people had bathed in it. It was absolutely disgusting. So the only way this hotel can improve in my experience is to CLEAN THE DAMN POOL!”

”The elevator is not working and I was on the 3rd floor. The carpeting was worn and not very clean. The lobby and hallway were hot. Breakfast was small muffins, cereal and waffles. The steam is safe, across from an indoor mall. The bed was lumpy, but i have to admitted the sheets and towels looked brand new. For the price it's not bad for a night or 2.”

”I was awoken by a false fire alarm in the middle of the night that went on for 5-10 minutes, after which I could no longer sleep. The phone is the room was not operational, hair drier was not present, no coffee available in the room even though coffee maker was present, and the toilet was barely flushing. Continental breakfast was also barely functional - coffee maker didn't work and flooded the table and floors with hot liquid, not to mention that food options were scarce. I generally have a...

”This hotel was half empty and they gave us a room with the view to the brick wall, even we stayed there for three nights. The bed was good. Next time when visiting Newport News, I'll take my business elsewhere. ”

”Room could have been upgraded, tub had rust stain, Felt a little stuffy and stuffy smell. Staff was excellent. Bar served no frozen drinks. Food serving hours too short.”

”I had a very good experience. Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast.”

”Do Not I repeat Do Not stay at this Days Inn. Entering the building the welcome mat is nasty. The floor in the breakfast area is sticky the continental breakfast which consisted of cold waffles in a refrigerator where everyone can touch them. Coffee was nasty. They only offered toast packages of oatmeal, bananas, and yogurt none of which was plentiful so if you don’t arrive early, there is nothing left and most of all the elevator did not work.
