”The bed was very uncomfortable. Seems to me this is a old bed . I checked with front desk to help. They suggested a different room why do I have a inconvenience to move all my items just because a bed that you expect to be comfortable. They refunded to refund at least half price. They refused . So I left very sad with this”

”They staff was pleasant and helpful. The accomodations, for the value, were on par. Basically, I paid for what I received and my needs were met. Yes, I would stay there again.”

”If you want to avoid a bad experience, don’t stay there. It’s dirty and filthy. Badly in need of renovations.”

”This hotel was half empty and they gave us a room with the view to the brick wall, even we stayed there for three nights. The bed was good. Next time when visiting Newport News, I'll take my business elsewhere. ”

”The room smelled like mildew. The air conditioning unit was very loud interrupted my sleep. There was no iron in the room, unable to reach staff for assistance. Overall I was very disappointed. Bathroom toliet ran off and on throughout night, bathroom sink needed to be cleaned”

”We had a great time the hotel was very clean service was excellent quiet nice laid back family oriented great breakfast the pool was clean we had a great time ”

”The food offerings, whether it be breakfast or the 5-9 dinner was fantastic. The mushroom Swiss burger was superb, then top it off with the service! Will highly recommend!”

”Our room did not have a handicap shower. Originally bought a king suite with ada shower. So the hostest gave us regular Ada queen room, which ended up being a single double bed not a queen! We were given no refund for the difference in room prices. Just very upsetting for a Hilton stay.”

”The reason why I don’t like the way they treat me and the room I reserved it was completely different than the pictures.also when I open the door smells full of smoke cigarettes and had kids to . I couldn’t even breathe . I was asking the manager to switch to my room and she said no you guys can leave with no respect and .after 15-20 minutes argument that she switch us another hotel next building .”
