”We stayed two nights mid week in mid May. Check-in was simple with friendly staff. We chose the valet parking, which was also convenient and cost a few dollars more per day than self parking. The room was clean with a "beach" feel. Comfortable but not spectacular. We splurged and booked a room with a small balcony overlooking the bay, bridge, and lighthouse, which was nice. ”The location was about 15 minutes out of Newport. We had to Uber everywhere as there was no parking in the town. (Approx $15 per ride.) The property was well kept as well as our room and the lobby. I felt that there were a few missing amenities but overall I would recommend this hotel.”

The front desk staff was very apologetic but obviously short on cleaning staff to prepare rooms. ”I stayed here to take part in the newport marathon, and the staff was so welcoming. They put together overnight oats and left running fuel so we had breakfast before the race (before breakfast hours) such a nice touch. Rooms were clean and parking was easy 10/10 experience ”
