”I arrived at the Hotel and went to the front desk to check in and was told that they tried to run my payment for the room but it was declined so they gave away my room. I asked why because it was pay at property. I also told them my card that was used when I made the reservation months ago expired 09/26 but I had the card that was reissued. The employee told me that they called me but because I didn’t respond within 2 hours they gave away my room. They never called. I checked my phone. ...

”Hotel room smelled awful (its own stench, not the infamous Lewiston aroma) and loud renovation work was being done right next to my room during the day. Additionally, I was told I needed to leave my room for a few minutes to let insurance inspectors come in my room to get a canvas of the room. Also, pool and hot tub were both closed so don’t rely on those being available, apparently this has been the case for a while. Lastly, there was rarely anyone at the front desk. Overall, wouldn’t reccomend...

”It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections.
The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands.
They tried…and everything else was sold out in the area because of...
