”We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and a sofa each. When we arrived at the property, we were notified that due to overbooking the manager changed our reservation to 1 king bed. We had to decline the change and had to move out and find another hotel which we did not appreciate. I haven't read the fine prints and I am sure there is loop hole for this. But it does not matter. I have never seen any other hotel chain do that to their patrons. This will remain in my memory for quite some time that...

”STAY AWAY. Can’t get any worse! If I could write it a zero I would. Not a hotel, it’s literally a garbage dump with rude and terrible staff imaginable. Just shocking, how terribly the treat clients despite Expedia trying to intervene.
In other words come up they’re terrible and they even don’t care about their reputation.”

”Absolutely terrible experience. This was the worst casino and hotel we ever stayed. The staff was rude and unfriendly. We never were explained that we needed to request room clean service. The room was dirty the food was awful, and the casino service was nonexistent. There was only one waitress serving the entire casino floor, so getting a drink was near impossible. Completely unacceptable for the property of this size. I will never return and would not recommended Seneca Casino Hotel to...

”The hotel was pretty dirty in the hallways and the rooms. Rooms also need updated. Tubs were not the cleanest. I had high expectations for this hotel since it was a Wingate, but I was quite disappointed in the overall presentation of the facilities. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful.”
