”We were there at a slow time, right after Labor Day. It was very quiet and we saw no one on our trail walks. Only a couple tables were occupied at diner, and we were the only ones at breakfast. The staff was great and I hope others wandered in to eat at the buffet because there was a lot of food prepared. The property is old, but clean and nice. There is interesting history. We would stay there again.”

”The property was as described. It’s a charming old farmhouse with a newly renovated kitchen with all of the tools you could need. Other folks mentioned that the plumbing is old and they ask that you put toilet paper in the trash cans not the toilet. That was not really a problem for us. The hosts ( and farm animals) were very welcoming. The property around the house is gorgeous and we loved the swimming pool. We didn’t leave the property for the whole weekend and had a great time!”

”This property has livestock guardian dogs to guard the goats and other livestock on the farm. They barked from dusk until 1 o'clock am when we packed and left the property. The dogs were right behind the house....no chance of sleep. After we notified the owner we left, for the above reason, she apologized and told us that was not the experience she wanted for her guests and we would receive a full refund. Weeks later we had not received a refund. After inquiring about the delay with the owner we...

”The owners were extremely polite and accommodating. They checked on us numerous times and gave us a tour of the farm and the mill. We spent time feeding the chickens, horses, and cattle. Wonderful place to stay.Thank you, it was a pleasure to meet you. I'm sure we will be back soon!”

”The room was so clean and inviting. Great place to stay. Had everything we needed and more. ”

”Location was perfect for what we needed. It was exceptionally clean which is much appreciated.”

”Great room with unique and various features. Dan was over communicative which I enjoyed. The area had some localized flooding so pre-communication was appreciated! It was a quick stay, but we walked to downtown for all the local stores and lunch. Definitely walking friendly. Since this unit is on the 3rd floor with steep stairs, I recommend only bringing a small bag into the room. Other than that, being next to a church you’ll hear the 15 minute and 2 minute warnings for gatherings. More of a...

”Everything was immaculate condition. Every house hold item was stocked. Extremely pleased with this property ”

”Bianckes Getaway!!! Amazing what you can find behind a street sidewalk door and flight of stairs..,,, Comfortably luxurious with first class finishes throughout.First class host, communication, process, location and stay! Thank you ”

”A beautiful house! Very very clean. Everything is brand new. We had an excellent stay there. May we suggest you add a TV in one of the rooms? That’s the only thing that was missing.”

”Great, clean place to stay!!!”

”Absolutely adorable place! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking conveniences. The king bed is a sleep number to adjust to your comfort. The covered porches allow for relaxation and country sounds. It is a busy road during the day, just a kind wave from the residents makes it feel like home.”

”We had a wonderful stay in this farmhouse! The host was extremely prompt with communication. The house was very well stocked! The host literally thought of everything! Right on down to the Hershey candy bars in a basket of items to make s’more’s. We’ve stayed in many rental houses, and this one definitely had the most fully stocked kitchen for actual cooking and baking. The house was very comfortable. We stayed at this house for an event we had in Lexington. The drive was about an hour, but it...

”This was my daughter’s preferred destination for her 13th birthday after we had visited about 4 years ago. The floor layout has changed a bit since the first trip, but all changes are improvements. It’s just an awesome place to hike, hang out, and decompress. We’ll definitely be back!”

”Property was amazing, nestled in the rolling hills of northern KY. Any of the three tree houses will not disappoint and the hiking trails were fantastic (and a workout). All the amenities you need to rest, relax and recharge. ”
