”I didn't like that the debit machine was not working. Had to run around Northbay on a Sunday trying to find a bank to pay the $250 security deposit.”

”The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always a bonus, however, I would like to see increase hours of availability on the weekends. The only negative comment I have was the quality of the mattress in room 234. It was well worn, resulting in a terrible sleep. The mattresses should be inspected regularly to avoid situations like this from happening .”

”We we were on 2nd floor. We had a stroller for our grand daughter. So we had to carry the stroller up the stairs. We had supper at the Italian Restaurant that was there. It was a Thursday night. The service was really slow. Also the food didn't come for at least an hour. The tub drain in our room needs to cleaned. Takes a while for the water to drain out of the tub. The air conditioner only has two settings. High and low. If you have to sleep beside the air conditioner, it is cold and...

”I did book this stay last minute, but I found the quality of my room to be not up to par. The couch cushions were out of place, and the room had a smell to it. But it was good to stay overnight as a quick drive through town.”
