”Excellent service all the way around!! We checked in late due to rain delay at event we attended. Parking lot has plenty of light and greeted and checked in quickly. Hotel is an older hotel, but they have worked extensively to update/modernize the rooms. Rooms are large with cabin decoration. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was solid and fresh. Recommend to anyone traveling in the area. ”

”The property was clean and just as advertised. The owner was also very flexible in extending our check out time by a little bit since the checkout time was 10 and we had a funeral at 1, leaving us with 3 hours of downtime. We were all very appreciative and would leave a higher review if possible!”

”This was the 3rd time my son and I stayed at Nottingham Place, everything was wonderful and we met one of the owner's, Kim, who was so nice and we had a wonderful chat. We finally got to enjoy sitting on the porch and the weather was perfect. ”

”This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The location is good and the owner is great. Kim is very responsive. We had an issue with the temperature in the place and Kim addressed it quickly and attentively; and it was resolved. Even my dog was comfortable staying there. He usually barks when we leave him alone (crated), but he didn't while there. ”

”What a lovely place to stay in the mountains of southwest Virginia. We visit BSG nearly every year for a family reunion. The only decent hotel in town has seen better days and we wanted something more comfortable. This trip was my 84 year old Dad and me. He LOVED it and so did I!!!The owners took care to think of everything when renovating this house. From being able to make our fresh coffee from the provided supplies to the fabulous shower I wish I had at home — everything was perfect! We look...

”We came in to town for Thanksgiving. We generally stay with family but wanted our own place this time around. The pictures were spot on. It is a large home and has plenty of space to spread out if needed. The beds were cozy. We spent our evenings watching tv in the living room with the fireplace on. Pretty close to everything. Quiet little neighborhood.”
