”It was very nice the front desk lady was friendly the hotel was very clean”

”Pros: Area felt safe and secure. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower was perfect (water pressure was strong and water was nice and hot). Cons: Bed was a little too firm for me. Didn't use any of the amenities like gym or pool to comment on those. Overall stay was 8.5/10. Would stay here again.”

”Cute little room if you want to lay your head for 1 or 2 nights. Comfy bed and clean. Most Places are walkable.”

”Home was well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, towels, bedding, etc. The only thing is that the listing says that it can sleep six people which is possible, but I would recommend no more than five adults or four adults and either two kids on the pullout couch or one adult. There was a pack and play if you had an infant, which could be the sixth person, but definitely would be uncomfortable for two adults to be on the pullout sofa as it’s not a regular pullout sofa with a...

”The house was welcoming clean and so spacious. Me and my family enjoyed every moment. Great area and not far from many of the planned activities. We welcomed the train every day and it did not bother us at all when it passed by. Overall memorable stay here”

”Great backyard and porch. We loved it!!!”

”The house is larger than it appears in the photos and has everything you would need. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and we filled the house with the Bridal party and our family. There is soo much character everywhere in the house. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, the kitchen had every amenity I could ask for. Our POC for the house, Megan, was soo accommodating. The wedding date shifted by 2 months when the military had other plans for her fiancé, and we were...

”My family and I had a wonderful stay at Joyful Escape. The home looked just as it did online. The property was beautiful and the environment was very peaceful. Everyone that stayed and those that came for our gathering was amazed, some asking how did I find this place. WE LOVE IT!”

”The host was very accommodating and answered all of our pre-trip questions so we knew just exactly what we needed, or more importantly didn’t need, to bring with us. Communication didn’t end there. After our arrival, every time we had a question we had a response within about five minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the grill was brand new! We stayed here over 2026 graduation weekend for Longwood University. The accommodations were perfect for the 11 of us! Only about 15 or 20...

”terrible bed mattress, room very dirty. Bath tub not clean. Heard music and people talking most of night in next room.”

”Upon entering their was an obvious odor but it disappeared quickly”

”Everything was wonderful. The cleaning crew needs to focus more on ensuring the bathroom is clean as in the floor and toilets and tub is HAIR FREE !! every room I've been in so far the bathroom is always neglected.. that should be the very first thing that's gets taken care of in the rooms .”

”Showerhead was great. huge room. very clean. good parking. great location. elevators location was great. pool was the only knock. card didnt work so i reached over. unsure where towels were, no sign. went to front desk, not much help.”
