”Terrible experience. After a mic-up between the hotel and hotels.com, I was repeatedly threatened with legal action, and the hotel was in general not interested in resolving the issue - refused to pick up the phone and refused to access hotels.com. Terrible, terrible treatment of customers, and horrendous attitude. ”

”Overall I am quite happy with my stay. Read about the water pressure problem in the reviews and was a little apprehensive at first. Turns out the water pressure was very good, at least in the 2 rooms my and my friend were staying in. Some room for improvement in the administration but I'm sure it will be better the next time I visit the hotel. I'll likely stay again when I come to the area again. ”

”Nice hotel with great view of the city. Very good bed and god service, and the breakfast was simple and good with fresh fruit. Good Wi Fi and service for a cup with coffee or tea. The hotel had a great information regarding history of the area and how to travel with bus or train. ”
