”We had only 1 night stay here so didn’t get to experience the full stay, but overall it excellent service, only suggestion is be physically fit if staying in the honeymoon tent as it is located at the bottom of the hill so carrying luggage up can be a challenge for some, beautiful tent”

”Very friendly, dedicated and caring staff. Christine at reception was a darling. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We liked the minibar. They even gave us a hot water bottle for our room. ”Recently stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon trip to Kenya. After a week on safari the amenities were much appreciated, and from our experience, this hotel is one of the most luxurious in the country. WiFi in common areas was fine, room views of watering hole were amazing. Staff was extremely friendly.
