”The swimming pool was really nice as well as the room with a balcony and sea view. It was nice to see the dolphins playing just below the balcony. Very good massage and pedicure; professional and polite staff. But the restaurant staff were un-polite, some even arrogant. Only very few spoke some words of English but they did not take into consideration that some of us, foreigners, understood what they said in Russian. ”Nice pleasant stay in beautiful luxury hotel. Eventhough the hotel was fully booked, the atmosphere was quiet. The view to the sea is spectacular and truly reflects the hotel's name. Excellent location and busy restaurants & bars in downtown and Arkadia are just couple of minutes taxi ride away.”

”Very nice hotel with excellent service and personnel. Lofty atmosphere inside the hotel and staff always willing to help and answering questions. Room service worked perfectly. Nice and recommendable hotel!”

”Hotel is excellent our suite was big with balcony, clean, nice and roomy. Hotel is in the center of Odessa near everything. Ladies in the reception were very helpful, they speak good English. Hotel is next to Opera house, most beautiful inside. If you want to see inside, book a ticket for a play, it's worth for every cents. Breakfast was same all mornings and you could choose one of the list with 6 choices, and one cup of coffee was included, second cup cost you extra. But there are a lot of...

”Good hotel in centre. Room was clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. Rooms are in a separate section in the inner yard. There is no elevator to reception.”

”This hotel has excellent location, close to entertainment area Arkadia, but not too close. Hotel is advertising by using pictures of Itaka Beach Resort. This can be quite misleading. Being a hotel customer, does not give you free access, just small discount. Also, Itaka can be very busy, and there is no guarantee that you even get in. Having said that there are several options in Arkadia area, including nice water park.”
