”When I get there to check in , they told me my reservations were canceled. They didn’t try to accommodate us or anything, it was like, reservations canceled, oh well. They said they didn’t have any contact information for me. I provided my email & phone number when I booked. It was an inconvenience, especially driving 3hrs with kids.We had to ride around looking for a hotel/motel. With it being a holiday weekend, everything was filled.”

”Everything was nice , the staff, pool, location but we stayed a full week and the floors were dirty when we got there and they never mopped them the whole week we were there, I think they may have sweep them once,we had to wear our shoes in the rooms and wash our feet before we got in bed and some of the outlets need replaced , our chargers kept falling out, but still good people and location”

”Very disappointing.
We've never experienced anything like this before. Our room wasn't cleaned for two days in a row, and we had to repeatedly request clean towels, have the trash emptied, and ask for paper cups and other basic amenities.
Considering the price, the service was far below our expectations. While a few staff members were polite, the overall level of professionalism was disappointing.
For the level of service we received, we could have stayed at a much less expensive hotel and had...

”Room was clean, nice and cold. One of our rooms A/C unit went out, and they worked and acted fast to move our group to the another room. Wonderful people around us, nice property. I love how they treated us and we love joking with the ladies up front. To the Man I think he is the big boss, cool dude and thanks again for everything. Felt like we were at home.”
