”My wife and I had to leave the hotel 2 days before our stay was scheduled to end because each night our room was bombarded with the smell of weed smoke and god knows what else, and fellow guests on our floor were blaring music and creating other suspicious noises that made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. While the staff were kind and polite they were rarely at the desk when necessary. The room itself was still dirty in many places when we arrived, including ample hair left...

”Hotel was in a really bad condition, I went back to front desk 3 times before they gave me right key to my room. Room was horrible, air condition was broken so they put another one in our room with big pipes outside and it was so loud, there’s no way you can fall asleep with it. Door lock was missing with big portion of wall. Furniture was so dirty so it was even nasty to stay close to them, dirty floor, bad smell inside our room. Outside of our room smell of marijuana was so strong I guess...

”Places is definitely not a Hilton. It looks like the hotel was once a Days Inn. The staff is very friendly. That’s about the only good thing I could say. The location of the place is very safe and secure. When I went to take a shower, I found hairs in the bathtub and I was so tired after a long day of traveling that I just washed them down myself. ”The staff is rude, never smiles, not helpful in any way. One employee even mention know one cares here. He was the only one that helped out because front desk employees are just on there phones. Rooms were sooo gross like never cleaned properly. Shower drain doesn’t work, sink drain doesn’t work. We were three in the room with a pull out couch and one king bed. We pull out couch looked like it should have been thrown out over a decade ago. The springs just pop through, mystery stains on...

”Parking was bad. Behind the hotel were too small, dumpy parking lots. We did not feel safe leaving our car parked there. Hotel staff was not friendly nor helpful. Overall the place was dark inside and not super welcoming. Had a touch of a creepy vibe to it. I discovered it was a former dormitory for resident dentists and doctors studying at college. During that time they used it also as a research lab. Could have been why it was creepy. Doubt if we ever stay here again.”

”The room was fantastic and the view of Syracuse from the room made it a memorable stay. The king size bed was really comfortable and the sheets and pillows smelled great and were also comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great and the shower soaps and shampoo were also great. The breakfast in the lounge was amazing. The Starbucks self serve machine was great tasting but a little slow so it can be awkward waiting for the coffee to brew. I would 100% recommend and stay there again.”

”Amazing, quietly luxurious hotel and spa experience in upstate NY. Very attentive staff, huge spa with relaxation grotto and heated outdoor mini pool, beautiful grounds, delicious French food. Will be back year after year!”
