”Lovely stay. Staff is always so friendly and kind, beautiful weather and pool and spa being open into the fall was amazing since the weather was so nice!! Perfect fall stay on the lake!”

”Very friendly staff! Loved to stay.”

”Rooms very nice. My only issue is that I was unable to use the make-up mirror. It should be adjustable and come down and out to be useful. Also something in the drain to prevent losing items down the drain. Dropped a vitamin and was glad it was only a vitamin. Other than that, it was very nice and the staff was very helpful.”

”Joe that worked in the breakfast area was great! Friendly, personal and helpful.”

”Be sure to call and double check the type of room that you are reserving. We reserved a “Double Room Queen” we got a single ADA room with a single queen bed. The room was perfectly setup for a person in a wheelchair chair, but not convenient for two people who don’t need to use a wheelchair, and there was nothing “double” about it. No two, suite-like rooms, no two queen beds.”

”The pictures were not of the same room we thought we had reserved. There was dirty pillowcases when we arrived, and the staff wasn’t willing to help.”

”Not an excellent hotel but good value for money”

”Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!”
