”When choosing this beautiful location we were originally looking at staying in Opotiki (15 kms south) but decided this was a far better option based on the ammenities and views offered. The price was also less than staying in your standard motel in town. Our host was there to meet us and made us feel most welcome explaining the options and set up. He recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner ( The Royal) and we weren’t disappointed at all. The surrounding area is rich with native birds...

”Location was perfect. A hop, skip & jump across the dunes to the waves of Tirohanga beach. Bach was lovely. Small but comfortable. Retro furniture which reminded me of my grandparents place. Only thing I would recommend is booking thru the bush to bay site as the links don’t work very well thru the home away site. ”
