”The room was clean and in order. I had a poor experience with the hot springs hot tub pools being very dirty and algae-filled. I made the mistake of getting there after dark and getting in the pool with my light colored bikini and being very sorry when I got back to my room to find it was completely ruined by the algae in the hotsprings pool. On the plus side- I have to talk-up Tim in the Spa. His massage was awesome and I would love to go back for service from him. Please clean the pools so...

”The staff were very helpful and kind. Water pressure in shower was not very good. Hot water in bathroom sink was a trickle. Bed was super comfy. Hot Springs King room does not mean there is a hot springs tub next to your room. Made a mistake with that. Paid $20 extra a night for nothing extra. Could have just booked the king bedroom and call it good. ”

”Yes it’s an older property but so are the majority of places to stay in Ouray. Room was large and clean. Had everything we needed. It was cold outside in the 20’s and we didn’t have to put the heat on. Breakfast was fine, was to be expected. Gentleman that was at the front was extremely nice and friendly and explained everything. ”

”Everytime we go here there are new enhancements to the hotel. The new rooms have been tastefully updated with comfy beds. We got the room with our own spa and we felt like we went on an upscale retreat! Ridgeway is also such a wonderful town, surrounded by mountains with its own vibe and amazing food spots. ”

”Kitchen had ample accessories for cooking, hot tub was perfect, main living/dining space was set up nicely to hang out together. Only challenge was with the audio when trying to play dvds and switching to airplay. The owners have a great and thorough handbook about the property which helped! Beds were comfortable however the main bed was quite creaky. ”
