”The room was very well proportioned, very clean and had a lovely ensuite. It was on the fourth floor but had a small lift which made access very easy. ”Lot of stairs, narrow corridors and doors, quite a labyrinth. Not so in negative sense, just different. Room was ok, clean, but bed wasnt my kind. Too soft for my taste. No breakfast, but nearby many bars where you get one. Easy way to get up and start your day. So, nice basic place to stay for nights. When travelling you anyway dont spend time in hotel room but need a place to sleep, clean and keep your stuff. Just in the heart of the city! ”

”I've stayed at Ramada many times on work trips to Oxford. I advise choosing a room on the upper floor because on the ground floor you may hear stomping around late at night in the room overhead. There are also humming machines in a courtyard outside the ground floor windows - maybe that's the air heating system. ”OK room, with carpet. The flushing system in the bathroom worked poorly. My shower had good pressure (top floor) but my friend who lived on ground floor could hardly wash her hair because of poor water pressure. The over all appearance was that the hotel needs a big face lift, but has good potential. It was cold; the public bathrooms were freezing; the conference rooms were cold,- bad air-conditioning.
