”OK room, with carpet. The flushing system in the bathroom worked poorly. My shower had good pressure (top floor) but my friend who lived on ground floor could hardly wash her hair because of poor water pressure. The over all appearance was that the hotel needs a big face lift, but has good potential. It was cold; the public bathrooms were freezing; the conference rooms were cold,- bad air-conditioning. It seemed worn, and there was a scent of unfreshness in the corridors that seemed like too...

”Great central location and beautiful hotel building. The atmosphere is chilled out and informal and the room we had was exceptional. This is an expensive area and so expect prices to reflect this, that said you get what you pay for - the Cotswolds is a busy, but stunning location. We will definitely be returning. Thanks Bay Tree for a great memorable stay.”

”The apartment is situated in a very pleasant part of Oxford and is close to transport, supermarkets and restaurants. I enjoyed staying in the apartment which was very comfortable and large enough to have my son and two grandchildren join me for a few days. Being able to watch people playing tennis on the nearby courts was an added bonus.”
