”I highly recommend this resort, they have the best breakfast buffet . The staffs are very nice and polite. Very convenient location close to the town and excursions area. They tool care of us from airport pick up to the hotel and back to airport.I will definitely come back and book this hotel.”

”Customer service of every employee was amazing. They were very courteous, quick to assist and friendly. Food from the Baya Hotel Restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed every entree we ordered. One things is that the room had some issues such as some of the walls had cracks, sliding doors on the balcony and bathroom wouldn’t lock properly. Some of the furniture were outdated, they had alot of scratches and wear and tear. We got the Panorama room and the view was priceless.”

”This place is beautiful. The staff was amazing, very kind and friendly. They do everything they can to help you however they can. Our hut or housing was very nice and on the porch was 2 comfortable chairs and a hammock which was a very nice touch. Some people were saying that the water for showers were cold and my girl did too, but i just left it running for a couple minutes and it heated right up and stayed that way. They do have scooter rentals and free rides into town but to get to the resort...

”Staff was super friendly. Accommodations were very nice and the pool and restaurant had a beautiful setting. The only thing I would warn everyone is they only accept cash (Pesos) so bring cash for amenities and the on site restaurant. Highly recommend ”
