”Room was dirty black hairs in bed , and all over the bathroom on the floor, basin, bath. I didn’t want to use the pillows and even put my t-shirt over the pillow case before deciding there was no way I could stay in this motel. Even although I arrived later at night I checked out and paid for another hotel: I raised a complaint with Expedia who said they owner was not responding to their attempts to contact them.”

”Easy check in and check out.”

”This property is in poor condition. Check parking before booking, they have only 7 parks. If full you have to pay for parking on the street. Room was dirty and smelt.”

”Great place to stay in palmy north, easy check in, large comfortable room with great view. And right in town with dining and shopping walking distance away. Recommend to all”

”We were traveling through New Zealand and Palmerston North was a convenient location to stop. This was a nice motel with large, clean rooms.”

”Enjoyed our stay. Very clean, great size rooms, comfy bed, very quiet, great location as walking distance to shops, supermarket and restaurants, staff very lovely. Would definately stay again.”

Joka pikku rasahduksesta ei velottu erikseen, vaan kaikki saamani palvelu sisältyi huoneen hitaan.”

”Check in was quick and easy even though it was very late. Room was clean and the extras were great.”

”Clean room and pet friendly”

”Hotellissa oli viihtyisät huoneet, joissa isot sängyt. Yöpymisemme aikaan hotellissa vietettiin häitä ja tästä aiheutunut juhlahumu haittasi nukkumista.”

”Handy to central CBD.”

”Over all good”

”Location was walking distance to supermarket, burger king, garages and township also. Check in easy and hosts friendly. Establishment was dated but surfice, rooms cleaned well & comfy bed. Unfortunately I was dissapointed over the stench of what I believe were smelly carpets, no underlay for comfort and odour throughout the room in curtains, furniture. Comfy double bed. Enjoyed jetted bath, but lack of utensils in kitchenette made it more frustrating. Paid fair price 3 nights stay but very...

”Great Service. Very clean rooms and nice jacuzzi in the room was a big plus.”

”Nice and easy property as a quick stay for an early red eye flight”
