”If I was just rating staff here, this place would be 6 stars out of 5!!! Unreal service! The only reason I’m letting it slip to a 4 star rating is mostly for the overall need for cosmetic maintenance around the buildings. Cracked sink, chipped baseboards, little things really. But for the price point, they should be looked at for sure. Amenities were 10/10, food was incredible, and the staff absolutely spoil you! Shout out to Vicente in the Rundle bar! We’ll be back for sure!!! ❤️”

”Cute little cabins with full kitchenette and BBQ. Pet friendly with a great view. Really happy with the stay and will be coming back soon.”

”We paid extra for the upgraded Wolf condo and it was run down and dirty”

”Very clean room very easy to get around town using Roam bus, included in the package. Friendly staff. The hot spring was the best. Love eating at Chili’s good food and all friendly staff.”

”Erittäin palvelualtis henkilökunta. Siisti huone ja hyvä sänky ja kylpyhuone. Ainut miinus vanhahko kokolattiamatto huoneessa ja käytävillä.”

”Meitä oli 4 aikuista matkalla. Huoneistossa oli 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Lisäksi keittiö-olohuone, jossa oli myös takka. Erittäin viihtyisä paikka majoittua. Hieman matkaa Banffin keskustaan, mutta saimme hotellilta ilmaiset bussiliput keskutaan koko oleilumme ajalle. Erittäin hyvä kokemus. Voi suositella.”

”The hotel has the perfect location. Easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. They have hot tubs which are wonderful after a full day of sightseeing. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.”

”Excellent for ski holiday. Ski shuttle bus at the door. Walking distance to rentals. Hot pool and sauna week perfect after ski.”

”Everything was great. There was some renovating that I was not aware of but other than that. Great place, great location, great staff.”

”Great self contained unit only short walk to down town Banff or catch the Number 2 bus”

”Nice and convenient hotel, had everything that I needed. Location was okay too. I had some problems in my room's air conditioner and the air in the room was very dry and at nights the room was quite hot.”

”Great amenities and staff.”

”The hotel is quite pleasant, featuring a fireplace in the room. Guests can enjoy a breathtaking view, water slides, and hot tubs. Parking is simple, and a transit pass is provided.”

”Stayed on the main floor - average at best.”

”The hotel is in the downtown area and close to everything. The Conference Center is 30 min away by foot. Clean, well maintained. A small fridge and an electric pot are great!”
