”The property was good and clean. Service was great overall. I stayed for one night at the property. The internet gave trouble while I was in my room. My Wi-Fi connection kept disconnecting when I was in my room. The connection in the Lobby was OK. The technicians were working on the connection but it only got fixed next day. So I was a little bit disappointed, cause I couldn’t make it to my important meetings because of the Wi-Fi connectivity issues.”

”Really expensive stay to be in someone's bedroom. Not much privacy and felt kinda like we were intruding on their house life. ”

”I was there for a few hours for rest and shower. The place is very poorly maintained. Bad matress and pillows. Torn muskito-net on the window. I’m happy I didn’t have to spend the night there. ”

”The staff and hotel were fine however getting there was a terrible experience on broken roads and so far away from the airport. We were expecting it to be much closer.”

”We were picked up from the airport and dropped back the next morning for our flight. We were located within walking distance of a place to eat. We felt safe in the area. The place we stayed in was secure. Staff friendly and accommodating of our needs. ”

”Great amenities, staff is super friendly and helpful, everything a person needs- all walking distance from the airport departures. Directions to the location itself could be more clear from the airport itself, but other than that, it was perfect for a short stay! You obviously pay for the convenience factor, but avoiding a taxi/other transport to the airport is huge peace of mind. Would 100% recommend and go back! ”

”I got in late and left early so didn’t experience the full services the hotel had to offer. Staff was friendly and helpful at the 24-hr reception. Gated property felt more safe than the surrounding area. My room had quite a bit of glitter and hair in the bathroom and on the bedspread. No cups for water. Some basic room amenities would improve the experience. ”

”The problem was the staff say they have no connection with Expedia or any other booking platform. There was no booking in my name. How can Expedia offer a premises that is not alliliated. ”
