”Fun experience for the family”

”Property was exactly as advertised. Unit was very clean with plenty of necessities provided (paper towels, pots/pans, soap, shampoo etc.). All appliances worked. It was a short drive to the Ark. Property was quiet and well kept. We didn’t get to use it, but it had a fire pit which was nice. Washer/dryer in the unit came in handy. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Great alternative to getting two hotel rooms for us and our grands. Loved it.”

”Very Clean Lovely property, backing to wooded area- a deer visited multiple times over our 3 day stay. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the Ark Encounter, as well as to downtown Willamstown/restaurants and shops. Gameroom was a fun surprise!”

”Such a great experience!!”

”This was my first time glamping and that experience was absolutely amazing. I love the space inside and the fact it was air conditioned. Th outside appearance is what got me, looking like house tent. I did not mind the beautiful bathhouse which a short walk from my tent. The bathhouse was great, clean and had the essentials for bathing. I will definitely revisit this establishment again.”

”A beautiful step back in time with a cozy and relaxing place. The rustic decoration of the place is amazing and the whole experience was awesome. Ms Judy is an awesome host and met us there at check in to show us around and make sure our stay was great. Peaceful quiet country stay and 15-20 minutes to The Arc and restaurants in town! I highly recommend this place to stay.”

”Overall was a really good place to stay. It could have been a little cleaner and had a working grill.”

”Clean & cute property. Comfortable beds. The train mentioned was not a big issue but road traffic was. Only place to sit outside was on front porch & we had to stop our conversation as traffic passed by. Would we stay again, yes.”

”Very clean and close to everything. My grandkids absolutely enjoyed the stay and the state of Kentucky”

”This is a nice clean - and well organized small home - minutes from the Ark. What we really liked was the proximity to the Ark and downtown within walking distance. What made it not the perfect stay for us was that the home is on a busy street - and everyone seems to own a loud truck - also the heating/ cooling system was loud. If you are city folkes and use to more noise - this would not bother you. We recommend ear plugs and eye coverings at night. Perfect location, clean, organized easy...

”Everything was just fantastic! The house is just what we needed for our stay in KY. It had lots of room, was extremely clean, and comfortable. The home has a very cozy feel to it. It is extremely well stocked,.... we didn't cook but we could have! Sherry is very accommodating, personable and so very kind! Thanks for making this a really great, memorable vacation Sherry! Thank you for sharing your special place with us. So grateful to have found you and your "happy place"!”

”Unique and simple stay for us. Worked well, so we could stay together in one local area. I would recommend this location and stay for anyone who does not want to stay in a hotel. Quiet area, great local restaurants within walking distance. Clean and cool rooms/apartment-style rental. It had off-street parking, and delightful to have a place to rest that was not a hotel.”

”This property was perfect for our trip to the Ark Encounter! The house was clean and had everything we needed! My sons really enjoyed the game room and the toys upstairs!”

”10/10 for accuracy, cleanliness, and communication! Coming again the next time we visit the ark, seeing as it’s only a 12 minute drive. This place was beautiful! Large spacious kitchen with a great big island table countertop. Fully stocked with dishes and silverware and everything you need to cook in house. Oven, microwave, and fridge made storing and cooking food easy and a breeze. Let’s talk about scenery! When we arrived, our breath was taken away. The property is gorgeous, and you can see...
