”This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”

”I think we could have overlooked a lot of things if the floors had been clean. The dirt/gravel parking area leads right to the front porch, and the only welcome mat was also very dirty, as was the porch. Then there was no rug to wipe your feet on inside the house. The dirt on this floor was present when we arrived, but certainly didn’t improve by us going in and out. You cannot walk barefoot in this house, and our socks were filthy then too. ”Cabin was fine. Beds were good, kitchen was clean. Rooms were clean also. The hosts provided excellent extras that made a big difference. Toilets worked just fine. Since we were both in our 70s we found it tough to sit as they were quite low and seemed small. Grill was ok. Could use a burner cover on one of the burners but that did not affect our use.Overall it was a very good cabin. A fishing cabin!Picnic table outside was rotted and one section gave way when my partner rested his elbows on it....
