”It is located next to the fairgrounds. Our first room was musty smelling and the floor boards were up off the floor as in water damage. The next room we had smelled musty as well. Many dead bugs, but the biggest problem was the mattress cover was covered with rust and many stains. Toilet leaked too.”

”This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”

”One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at! The property was beautiful and secluded. So much space and the perfect porch to sit on and relax while looking out at the land and pond. Tons of room for parking and a wonderful fire pit to enjoy. Inside was gorgeous! Everything was so new and clean. Decor was chic and cozy. They have the best beds and bedding. Kitchen was fully stocked and bathrooms had plenty of towels and essentials. Super close to the marina and town. We will definitely be back!”

”We had an amazing stay! The host was very quick with getting back to me with sny questions I had. There were a few spots that a can see why others would complain of "dirty" but honestly its spring/summer time and lights attract bugs so its not that big of a deal. Also the coffee shop next door was an AMAZING bonus! Would definitely recommend and will be back next time we are in town!”
