”So disappointing. Did not want to write this review as I never do on this site, but the hotel receptionist ensured me that someone would reach out after we checked out. After many attempts to talk with that receptionist and get a response from management, we never contacted for an apology. So let me count the ways we were disappointed: - bedbugs in bed - partner bitten 10 times in the night - weird antiseptic smell in room - clogged bath/shower - no one at front desk between 11pm and 8am (hotel...

”Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are "basic and a little tired" but clean. We came for Stratford Festival so we only slept here. Reasonably priced for that purpose. Air conditioning worked well. Room temperature was perfect. Lots of parking. Nice that they have complimentary coffee and tea”

”The power went off from 12am-5am. They told my husband over the phone when he called to confirm our reservation on a Friday. I usually bring my CPAP machine when I travel and I didn’t because of the power outage being scheduled. And I therefore had a bad nights sleep along with my husband. We went to the theatre and got back to the inn after 11:00. We weren’t ready to go to bed at 12:00 when it went off. The bed is so comfortable, the homemade & quality breakfast is so appreciated, and the space is charming and welcoming.
