”We booked our 4 night stay at Golf Club Villas a few months prior knowing that it can be hard to find a place during the Pickens County Sheriff's Jeepfest. We had stay in a similar unit the year before through a different company and booked knowing that it was a good value. The photos looked more dated than I would have liked but we were pleasantly surprised. The bedrooms had just been updated, great beds and bedding. The Tavern that is attached /downstairs is awesome and such a “local vibe “ and really tasty food ! What a nice surprise this place and the cute little town of Jasper was. We came here as a last minute change of plans. I recommend . There’s a nice little downtown to walk around as well.”

”It's an older hotel, but very well kept and always affordable! The washer and dryer work great and only cost $2.00 per machine! Anywhere else you're paying almost $4, just to start one cycle. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.”

”The room itself was decent but not very clean. The linens were soiled, including the 2 towels for showering. One even had dried nail polish on it! I will not be staying here again.”

”The house is beautiful and newly renovated. The host has it stocked beautifully! They even provided all soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags and enough towels for everyone for the whole week.The drawback and why I did a 4-star is the driveway. I have a new respect for mountains- we have been to Gatlinburg- Branson and white water rafting in West Virginia. This is nothing like that- you are in the mountains and have very narrow roads with NO shoulders at all and lots of curves. The driveway has a...

”Cozy, pet-friendly cabin that sleeps a good number of people. Great woodsy area and view. Lots to do and see, but we enjoyed it mainly for the maxing and relaxing. Helps to have a truck with 4WD, since mountains are tall. (Who knew!)”

”Accurate description. Well kept. Good communication. Many kitchen items available. Great for couples, and the younger folks have their own hangout. Three separate screened in porches were nice for privacy/doggie hangout. We had some family come for visits and in and out parking was manageable. Great stay!!”
