The air conditioner in the main living area didn’t work, so the host brought in a big portal air unit that had to sit in the middle of the living room. ”Great place to stay! Stayed while visiting relatives for Thanksgiving. Spacious, bathrooms with each bedroom. Plenty of linens and extra supplies including a great selection of Keurig coffee pods. We stopped at the Rocking Bear cafe which we really enjoyed. ”

”They offered free breakfast. Beware that you have to cook everything yourself. They have no cereal or grits. Only eggs, waffles, milk and maybe coffee.”

”Everything about this place was disappointing for what I paid for one night stay, the approach to the lobby entrance had trash all over , people in groups out in the parking area where drinking alcohol, the lobby floor hadn’t been cleaned the room carpet had stains the bathtub had noticeable dirt ring on it and the most disappointing thing stains on the bedsheets and bathroom towels. NEVER AGAIN will I stay there ☹️😡”

”Waycross HouseCheck-in was fine but there are a lot of things we had to go buy to make the house livable for the week. We bought pots and pans because the pots here are really old and distorted. One of the rooms has no closet, one room with a closet has no rod, and the one room with a rod, the wooden rod is not strong enough to handle all of our clothes. We were here for a church convention so we had lots of clothes for day services and night services. We also had to buy a full ironing board...
