”A very basic Hotel with a minimum of staff, no restaurant or bar. The breakfast was basic and as the young lady who did the reception desk also looked after the breakfasts things ran out but there were plenty of pastries and sweet things just not much fruit or hot food when we came down for breakfast.”

”Beautiful large cottage in the woods. Decor is excellent, bed and linen are perfect. Host provided bikes were excellent for riding along the Brest/Nantes canal. Ideally located between the pink granite coast and the Atlantic to the south.”

”Enjoyed our stay in Murmur-y-coed. If you are looking for a place to unwind, this is it. The rural surroundings are wonderful and at the same time the location for day trips is perfect. The garden is very nice, I would have loved to have a seating area there. The house is comfortable with a very spacious kitchen with all amenities you might need. Comfortable bed in the large bedroom. I would recommend to visit the nearby La Vallee des Saints.”

”I had eaten at this hotel a couple of times and having enjoyed the food and liked the traditional decor asked at reception if a lift went to all the bedrooms as I have mobility issues and don’t cope well with stairs and was told “ yes we have a lift to all floors”. We therefore booked a room at this hotel in our next visit to the area. Upon checking we were told our room was on the 4th floor and that the lift only went to the 3rd floor then it was 4 steps to the 4th floor room so we went up...
