”We had a great time in Eleuthera at this house! The house was beautiful with lots of fun water toys for our wide range of ages to play with from Kayaks, to a small 2 person sailboat, to a leg propelled kayak. The beach is amazing and very private. We did have a few problems (the oven was broken when we arrived) but Gregory had it repaired in a day or two. We also were able to hire a cook to come and prepare a meal for us for two of our nights and that was amazing! The house was a little bit...

”This house and setting are beautiful, private and a joy to visit. Willie Frye, the owner, has taken a lot of attention to detail in furnishing the house to be light, lovely, and very well equipped. The air conditioning was the best we've experienced in the Bahamas, quiet and easy to keep totally comfortable. ”The house was absolutely perfect with a beautiful outdoor area. The beach and swimming right in front of the home were wonderful. We saw many fish and starfish. ”It was spectacular! We look forward to being your neighbor two lots over. We are building a Deltec home there and wanted to make sure the design and layout were what we wanted. The location is perfect. Spanish Wells and Harbor Island are fun to visit but if you are going to the Bahamas, it’s to get away from the hustle and bustle. That is why this location is perfect!”
