”Not so many restaurants on the site (Japanese, Chinese and a mix). I am not sure if I could eat a whole week on these three restaurants. It was almost impossible to have any service from the pool bar - no staff nearby and it was very difficult to order any beverages or lunch. Basically, the pool bar was "closed" even though the hotel was fully booked due to new year. One needed to dress up and go inside to a restaurant to find any staff. Then again you waited to have the menu and then another...

”Beach was trashy, they just try to hide all the trash behind bushes and all.The bed is not kingsize it's just to single beds put together. Room and bed had ants. Quality of service.. they don't even know what the word service means. Can't understand how they have got those stars.. in my opinion they deserve max 2 stars.”

”The apartment is very basic which is what we expected given the price, however there is no excuses for how dirty the apartment was. Horrible smell as we entered, hair everywhere! Toilets and bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. We only stayed the night so it was bearable but would rather pay more. Positives - every room did have working air con and towels provided.”

”Clean room stayed for 15 days was only made up when we asked for it Staff I personally felt unhelpful wasn’t willing to help from anything from changing single beds to a double to allowing us check in earlier with a sick traveller from a very rough flight from Australia Breakfast was not accommodating for travellers whom wasn’t from a religious background nor accommodated for travellers from our countries The pool was ok unfortunately the most hottest part of the day the pool was unable to be...

”4night stay and regret choosing the hotel. Room was dirty for the 4 days, not once cleaned properly. Wifi is non existent! Noisy room and poorly equipped. The staff were of no help at all whilst there, everything seems like a pain for them and they simply just didn’t want you there. The room is not what a superior queen looked like online. Hotels.com should remove from their stay list.”

”Room in bad state; taps leaked, towel holders collapsed, kitchen Venetian blinds not working; air con failed to work; broken down furniture, only 1 fan in lounge; no AC, no fan, we couldn’t sleep…, slept on the floor. Worst nightmare staying here.”
