We arrived at 2:30 and were greeted with “you’re early” check in is at 3 but a better greeting would be nice. We actually waited until 3:30 for our rooms

”Rooms are very spacious and clean. Lighting in the bathroom could be a little brighter. Rooms could use proper closets.
Nice pool area but pool level was low due to drought which is understandable, however the pool was not clean. There are too many uneven surfaces and steps for older adults. It’s not handicap friendly. Food in the restaurant is quite good, however coffee should be available earlier than 8:00am. Would suggest a coffee station set up for guests for early risers. ”I get it that this property is a sustainable eco resort. But that said, there were some design and layout aspects of the room (hut) where we stayed that are quite uncomfortable and could even be downright dangerous. We stayed in a 2 level hut. One of the beds was at the lower level, and the bathroom/ toilet is on an open plan across from the bed.
