”Close enough to grinnell college. The fridge was making a lot of noise had tv issue . Staff fixed the issue. No phones in the room to call front desk. Breakfast room was small so since a lot of people staying it was crowded . For the price I paid it is what it is. If you are disabled make sure u don’t get a room in second floor . Because no elevator at this location”

”A unique property — a boutique hotel converted from a 1921 junior high school. Large spacious rooms with 15 foot vaulted ceilings. Staff are very friendly and attentive, and non-intrusive.
It's central, just a couple of blocks away from Broad street and Main street. There's free self parking on the street outside the hotel, and it's a 12 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride to Grinnell College (there are free-to-borrow bikes available in the hotel).
