”I enjoyed the environment, the amenities that was inside and outside of the hotel. The staff was amazing. I was intrigued about how the staff supported me in distress early in the morning and the room the staff and everything else was great. I would definitely book a room again. It was a great location and close and proximity to everything.”

”Upon arrival we were greeted kindly, but the room we were assigned turned out to be occupied, which we only found out when we opened the door and almost entered the room. Thankfully, the gentleman inside called out so we didn't walk in on him. When we went back to the desk the young man seemed confused and wasn't sure who was in there. ”Although the room is a good size and the bed was comfortable the cleanliness was not great. Found lots of hair in the bathroom and shower, ice bucket and tray were very dusty, dirty towel on patio. Tried reaching the front desk multiple times by phone and going to the desk and no staff was present. Pool hours are terrible, open at 10 and close at 9. Hot tub jets are loud, no towels, again nobody answered at the desk, pool had lots of white floaties and hair. Lots of printed random signs all over...
