”We stayed here for 2 nights to visit Bromo. The location did not disappoint. We got to visit Bromo by foot rather than stuck in the crazy jeep traffic. The views from the room are great. However, the service is lacking. We wanted to get a coffee to go at breakfast and were told we were not allowed. The price for the jeep excursion is overpriced. The food is also very overpriced for the product you are receiving. The breakfast is “included” but the coffee machine offered is not very functional...

”Basic accommodation, unhelpful staff (they charge for everything, even borrowing a hairdryer) but the location is wonderful and I guess that’s what you pay for.”

”전체적으로 숙소가 너무 낡았다. 조식은 정말 최악이었다. 다시 이용하고 싶지 않다.”

”Dirty and Old When We arrived the staff told us that the only two rooms available had different problems (toilet didn’t work or air conditioned too noisy). No alternative possible. At the end they showed us other room with garbage under the bed and a dirty toilet….”

”Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Dirty, smelly, yellowish and smelly towels. Bed linens are yellowish. Wall paints are peeling and yellowish, window frame has problem closing the pane. Toilet is disgustingly dirty. Slow service. I do not know what happened to this hotel. It was the best accommodation in Bromo 30 years ago. ”

”Chambre propre et confortable, salle de bain aurait pu mériter un nettoyage supplémentaire. Nous avons eu une premiere chambre assez sale mais on nous a changé tout de suite quand on l’a demandé. Proche gare et rue agreable”

”A good guest house to prepare for the Bromo volcano excursion. The place is simple and very clean, and the people are very kind. Hot water is provided - the mountain is cold. A small shop next to the rooms will provide snacks or any necessity if needed.”

”Le personnel très serviable et le petit déjeuner très bon”
