”Great location within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. We didn't need a car or taxi at this property. The staff was helpful and friendly. The daily housekeeping was a perk, and the front desk staff arranged our transport to the airport on departure. The bar and beach staff were hospitable. We loved our patio with easy access to the pool. The only downside was the chemical/sulfur smell every night around 9-9:30 pm. We think it was the water for the sprinkler system. Please...

”Property has 2 areas, the one was a quiet adult only spot and it was awesome. Place was very clean, close to everything in the “downtown” area, restaurants, shops etc. We were right on the beach, chairs, umbrellas and towels were clean and available everyday! A coupe of things we didn’t like…. Room has laundry, after first night we had to ask for more detergent every time we went to use it. Second they are stingy with towels. ”Bedbugs all over my face and arms! Host would not help with new accommodations either!! Just stuck there if I chose to stay, which I did not. Male host at the front desk wanted to come to my room to help with excursions ( I am female). Very inappropriate! Who does that? DONT GO THERE”

”We loved our stay at The Palms! Everything was perfect from day 1, the rooms were spotless and the staff was so attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants on site are great. I would definitely come back and book again! My only suggestion would be that the beach attendants be a bit more proactive. In the 5 days we were there, they never set up our beach chairs/opened umbrellas. Not a big deal for us but it was something we noticed. All in all, lovely place and can’t wait to be back!”
