”The room was clean, spacious, and odorless. However, upon entering, it was noticeable that there seemed to be some confusion among the staff regarding how guests should be welcomed.
The suite was very spacious, as was the restroom. However, the flush was extremely hard to press and required considerable force to operate.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work at all throughout our entire stay. In addition, the suite did not have an iron or ironing board, which was inconvenient.

”It was nice stay, however, check in was time taking, we needed to wait for almost 30 minutes without any valid reason.

”The hotel itself is decently maintained mostly.. We were greeted with a welcome drink during check in, that was nice! The room was spacious. Housekeeping was mostly on point. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of variety. The pool area was a bit underwhelming though. The reception staff was very cordial and helpful throughout the stay!
Some minor things that could be improved -
1. There was only 1 towel and 1 glass of water when we checked in. Considering that the hotel knows that there are 2...
