The Manager David was very helpful and even arranged for our taxi to catch a real early flight out of Puebla and even offered to personally take Us to the airport if necessary. ”The hotel felt unsafe and no security around to guard the elevators or doors. In the first night at 1am we were woken up to the someone punching our door 4 times. For safety reasons we remained quiet in the room without making a noise until we heard that no one was in the hallway.
