”The location was wonderful. The house overall was very nice. The outside decking was very spacious. When I looked for paper towel under the sink it was wet. Sink is leaking. The stairs to the lower level were very very creeky. The beds were not comfortable at all. The king squeaked when you rolled over. The upstairs double was hard. The full downstairs was missing slats holding the mattress in place. ”

”Excellent stay!! Accommodated our family for a weekend wedding. Clean, well stocked especially for the kids & baby. All of the information was accurate & extremely detailed. Our host was gracious & very helpful. Will be returning hopefully for the next family trip to KNOX from Chicago ”

”This cottage rental property was the highlight of the weekend!Everything was Excellent: The bedrooms were spacious, the entire interior was Brand New, Great kitchen, Awesome bathroom and outside was well lit at night with motion detection flood lights.The area has 2 restaurants within five minutes drive. Lastly the people in the neighborhood were very friendly!Bass Lake is Gorgeous and a 2 minute walk from the property!!!I highly recommend this place and I definitely look forward to returning...
