”Please read it all. Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk and a line had formed around 6:30pm. We traveled all day after checking in order a pizza. The ladies were really nice but the pizza was so salty we couldn't eat it. So we decided to turn in. One of the pillows had blood on it. ”Absolutely beautiful hotel. Have stayed there more than once. Just wish they fix the small things that are not appealing. Like bathroom ceiling look like it was about to cave in. The towel rack was hanging off. Just things that take away from how beautiful the hotel really is. Would still stay they again and again”

”Don't do business with this property! Our room was infested with carpet bugs. We approached the front desk and spoke with the manager, he was not responsive and told us to contact Expedia. No apology was offered or resolution to the problem. We quickly departed. Expedia says they are unable to reach anyone at this property and won't refund our money from a two-night stay, although we left early.
