”Check in was welcoming and seamless. Although the facilities experiencing an upgrade, our room was on a newly renovated floor away from the noise. We had a peaceful night and enjoyed a lovely breakfast. We will return because they offer value, excellent location and ease with parking.”

”Morning Staff at front desk were rude. The breakfast attendant was also very rude. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone when traveling to Little Rock.”

”The first room we were given looked like it had blood in the corner and under the furniture. The second room, everything was broken. We ended up having to leave and find a new hotel and they didn’t offer to refund or anything.”

”Clean room easy parking”

”When booking was giving the first room , there was roaches everywhere and tub was dirty. Complained about it couldn't get a refund so was giving another room which was a smoking room that was only available the smell was horrible the walls were filthy even the sheets had stains over em like blood stains even on the mattress. Didn't sleep under the blankets brought my own blankets 0/10 do not recommend”

”I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. The desk attendant was carrying on a personal conversation the entire time she was checking us and others in. She wasn't exactly rude but she was curt and and not very friendly. The room was the bare minimum, not even a phone book.”

”The young African American female manager that served us was so helpful. Transportation, laundry and helpful ideas to our Family. Staff support front desk and maintenance and housekeep was kind and helpful.”

”I loved staying at this historic, old world hotel for a week.The rooms are elegant, clean and spacious. I was in town doing wedding planning with my daughter and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly & accommodating. I felt so special. My husband could not be there, so I was traveling alone, yet always felt safe and comfortable. Their drivers were top-notch gentlemen who took me anywhere I needed and promptly picked me up. Their 2 restaurants were wonderful & spiced pecans are out of this...

”Check in was seamless and staff very courteous, room was clean. My only comment is that on Expedia this hotel is indicated to have free breakfast and this is t the case. Expedia should change this notation as some travelers may choose a property based on this amenity.”

”There was brown stuff on the wall right outside the bathroom, the room was dusty and ants were on the nightstand, the tv didn’t work…..overall they don’t require a deposit so if you’re in a bind it’s a good choice but don’t expect greatness”
