”The cabin was great! However the communication with staff has been absolutely awful. The manager called me a night before screaming that my payment had not been made so he went ahead and processed it. The way he spoke was rude and unprofessional. There is window units and not actual A/C and the units are said to stay on 72. I had to contact them to get a code to check in. I was never told the club house was closed so that was a bummer for my kids. There was a wedding hosted during our stay and we could not even park at our cabin correctly due to the guest took over the camp site....
