”Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The floor in the room was covered in bobbie pins. Residue on the night stands. Wheel broken off on the desk which made it almost fall over. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been swept in years. Pool was a green color and so dirty you couldn’t see bottom. Trash on the bottom of the pool.”

”Great cabin off the beaten path and convenient to both Oxford and Batesville. Plenty of room inside and out. Wonderful wrap around porch! Short drive to Pat’s Bluff recreation area on Sardis Lake. We had everything we needed. One item to note is the stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow, so keep that in mind if mobility is an issue. Would definitely stay here again!!!”

”Beautiful setting. Very convenient to Oxford. Good for families. Relaxing and great for quality time to unplug. Be attentive to beds and shower set up. Bunk treehouse is separate and best for children. Two queen beds are in loft, not separate bedroom. One fully private bedroom. One shower inside and one shower on lower level is very nice but you do need to go outside to get to it. ”

”The cabin had plenty of rooms and everything that we needed during our stay. We had parking for our boat. It was conveniently located by Sardis Lake. I would definitely recommend this cabin for your stay. ”

”We had six guys in total traveling to the area for a guys' fishing trip. The house was located in the country and was well-suited for fishing on the various lakes. The house was clean and worked well for the group.”
