Hae hotelleja – Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako

”I have stayed at this hotel many times before and have always had a pleasant stay. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. This time my room was less than desirable. The walls were dirty, the paint is cracking in the corner of the room and there were rips in my sheets. For a hotel that’s on the pricier side for this location, it was a big disappointment to see such a worn and poorly maintained room.”

”Check in was friendly and helpful w/ suggestions for dinner (and a local city map). Hot water Tea station in the reception lobby, ample parking (were allowed to park in area "next door") our lengthy boat and trailer as the designated long vehichle parling in the street was full. Tim Hortons coffee/donut/breakfast burito right next door and open for an early drive away as we were just passing thru. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, AC/Heater worked well.”

”The hotel had no staff to check us in. We had to wait for someone to show up. Then, when checking our beds, the sheets were stained and had hair on them . This was a disgusting experience. We got a refund but I still think Expedia can do better than this.”

”Staff were all very helpful and was given room upgrade by the manager. Everyone made sure my cat and I are comfortable. Very clean rooms and kitchen well equipped. Close proximity to major grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. ”
