We were pleasantly surprised by this property, it had a lot to offer and was cute, simple, but clean, nothing fancy but an enjoyable stay with a lot of little things to do in and around the property.”

”Highly recommended for an overnight in Cranbrook. Clean and newish rooms with a nice lobby/common areas. Staff was excellent. We needed a pet friendly room, which was no problem. We were traveling with bikes and asked for a space for indoor storage, and the staff offered a back office without hesitation. Very personable and accommodating staff.”

”The Gateway Motel was recommended by a friend and my stay in Meridian was incredible ! The Motel staff and owner made me feel comfortable as soon as l checked in. The views of the mountains, the aroma of the flowers from the second story…. reminded me that, lm on vacation. I really enjoyed the sauna on a cool rainy evening!! Motel is within walking distance of the Meridian downtown that has a variety of restaurants and local artisans shops. Screemers is a must see !! Check out Kootenay Rafting...
