”The staff is absolutely wonderful! The live music on the deck was great, rooms clean and parking is easy :)”

”Very helpful at check in, great room with a balcony and view, nice breakfast, centrally located.”

”The receptionist was wonderful !! A lot of help and very friendly. Would recommend stating there and will go back again”

”The property was in an excellent location. Close to many restaurants and the river walk. Really enjoyed walking downtown. The room was nice. We like having a kitchenette. It could have been a little quieter. Could hear the upstairs shower and water running. But over all like this place to stay.”

”So bad. So totally dirty. This was my first experience with getting bed bugs. It smelled. Everything was sticky. So gross. I stayed 4 hours then got out of there asap. I avoided touching anything. Really really bad. Sheets were stained. Beds uncomfortable. No way would any of this pass inspection.”

”Very nice place to stay”

”Not exceptional, just average.”

”My three sisters and I stayed in the Boho room which was just perfect for the four of us! The building location was great and parking was not an issue. Our room and the building were very clean, updated but still included the charm of the historic past.”

”This is an excellent place start-up. The room was very well decorated! Very nice! The bed was sooo comfortable. The room and bath were very clean and the workmanship was very well-done. There were a few things still to do. The accessible room on the 1st floor was not quiet so a wedding rehearsal was right in there w us. There are issues with door entry codes, have a staffed, obvious check-in desk for service and directions to room. A posted guide to thermostat use, please have better coffee!...

”Very close to downtown restaurants and shopping. The trails out back were nice and relaxing to walk on. The property was quiet and relaxing. Perfect size for my wife and I and our 12 pound dog. The dog loved the trails and kept us busy on his walks.”

”Our room was so cute and perfect for a couple. We loved it! The location was perfect as well!”

”Excellent location, nice deck and spa. Comfy bed large space.”

”It was a beautiful property, very clean, new amenities, enjoyable, quiet”

”Only couple things. We parked at the very last spot north end and a tree branch fell on car. You can see branch where we pulled out of spot . 2nd shower was tight for big people.”

”The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. Price was affordable and transaction very easy. It worked perfect for our needs and the bed was comfortable!”
