The pool did not open until 10 AM - very inconvenient for kids who wanted to swim before we left.”

”The room appeared to be clean, however I spilt some water on the floor and when I cleaned it up, the paper towel was black. It did not appear the floors had been scrubbed in quite some time. Bed was comfy. Kitchen could have been stocked better, particularly with water glasses.
