”The staff is very attentive and we enjoyed our stay greatly. The only down side was our first room wasn’t clean and had no hot water. HOWEVER, staff was great and quickly found us another room within a few minutes just two condos away. The recreation stuff was very fun!! Mini golf, escape room, ping pong, go carts and hiking. I would recommend staying there.”

”We need a kitchen on our trip. This hotel fits our need and budget. Room is clean, beds are comfortable. Good area to walk the dog. Kitchen supplies are by request. They are not stocked in the kitchen. Supplies are very basic and limited. But we are not doing gourmet cooking, so they serve our purpose. It would have been nice to have a kettle and a toaster. Remember to request dish detergent if you plan to use them multiple times. No sponge provided. Lobby has brew regular coffee, instant...

”This hotel was advertised as having an EV charger - they had one, but it didn't work, they said they had been trying to fix it, but couldn't figure out how and then didn't offer an accommodation on the price they charged. When we got to the room, it had deferred maintenance - missing towel hooks, leaky shower, etc. They aren't keeping this place up at all.”

”Hotel stay was nice. In a great location and perfect for our stay. We didn’t have an opportunity to try the breakfast and it was too cold for the pool. Some minor maintenance needed like painting etc. Nothing major. The main reason I didn’t give a higher star was simply because the beds were awful. They were hard. And a glorified twin!! It’s generous calling them a queen!!My husband and I hung off the edges! The room was small too over all. ”

The TV had a lot of channels including HBO. All the amenities were in good working condition, including the pool, gym and business center. The breakfast was adequate. ”We love going to Massanutten, but… don’t waste money on the water park until they’ve finished renovating. Full price for half a park… obviously the outdoor portion is closed this time of year, but half of the indoor slides were closed, hot tub was closed as well and the price was not reduced during this time. Also, the activity schedule is more for “wine moms” to waste time while the husband is golfing. They don’t seem to offer much for the kids. The adventure park is “meh” and overpriced as...
