”Everything was great”

”I absolutely loved the room despite it being on the first floor and Katherine at the front desk was so sweet, helpful, and she knew you by name and asked how you were doing. The breakfast options were decent despite it being a Spark, the only thing I didn’t like was that my room didn’t have drawers at all to store clothes, so I lived out of my suitcase.”

”Our rooms were never cleaned after three days they still we’re not cleaned. We had to ask for more towels. The bathtub faucet fell off and the room phone did not work. Nothing was changed after we notified staff. I guess you get what you pay for.”

”We stayed two nights. Only problems were the beds were so high that I could hardly get up on my bed, the timed bathroom light was horrible since I couldn't figure out how to use it in the dark, the space for toilet and tub is so small that you can't open or close the bathroom door with getting off toilet -- no use in it being built like that since there was plenty of wasted space. (What is this trend with giant beds? Why do beds have to be 4.5 feet high?) The office receptionist was very nice...

”I had some issues prior to my original arrival. Called several times but, never able to reach the proper person to see if I could move my trip out by one day. Due to my vehicle repairs. Left several messages no call backs so, I just paid $300 for an extra nights stay into Saturday! I will be back in July for work so, hopefully things will be a lot better during my next stay. ”Loved the evening staff and cleanliness. Pool and gym times are amazing for our work schedule as we travel. The morning staff was not as friendly as the nighttime- specifically Ms Karen who was wonderful. The coffee machine was delicious, keep this please. The cleanest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at in the area from Kannapolis to Concord. The breakfast was ok- but the staff very loud videos while we tried talking over coffee and the eggs were way too runny to try to eat. But overall great...

”Everything was really nice, starting with Derrick who was working the counter, to the room, workout room was small but had what was needed, breakfast and a nice small pool. It was convenient to everything and we enjoyed our stay”
