”I really went for the swimming pool but it was a let down pics are beautiful and it was clean. It is just a little over 3 feet so it is a kiddy pool. The staff for both the hotel and restaurant were amazing. This is an amazing maze of a place. Do please ask for a map. I wish I would have. The room was clean and beautiful. ”This is a great choice if you want to do Frankenmuth on a budget. Clean, but bare bones amenities. The bed was comfy, but the room was dark and not someplace I wanted to hang out in during down times. Very affordable though and a good value for the money.”

”We booked 2 rooms. The first room was fine, no issues except a vap cartridge was left in our window. The second room however had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the exhaust fan didn’t work, the water in the shower had very little pressure, the fridge was about half the size as the one in our first room and the room felt damp the whole time we were there.”

”We arranged our stay with Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Frankenmuth through Expedia. We reserved a King Suite with a jetted tub. When we checked in, the staff did not inform us that there was an error with the reservation. We didn't find out until we actually got up to the room and found out there was NO jetted tub in the room. My husband went back down to the front desk, and they said that they couldn't help us because we reserved through Expedia. We were on the phone for almost an hour...

”Our stay was ok but not great. Water pressure in the sink was virtually non existent. Stayed three nights and they never refreshed the room. Breakfast buffet was serviceable but not a lot of variety from day to day. Although the staff for the breakfast area was very nice. Overall, just ok.”
